The £35m Ovatus 1 will comprise 168 flats totalling 20,828 sq ft. Plans for an adjacent taller tower, Ovatus 2, will be submitted in 2017.

Prospect Capital and Wilcocks & Wilcocks have submitted plans for a 27-storey residential tower in Liverpool.
The £35m Ovatus 1 will comprise 168 flats totalling 20,828 sq ft. Plans for an adjacent taller tower, Ovatus 2, will be submitted in 2017.
Designed by hodder+partners with advice from Indigo Planning, the tower is the latest in a host of proposed residential schemes to meet growing rental demand in the city.
Liverpool saw rental growth of 6.4% during the 12 months to 30 June, according to JLL.
