Prologis signs furniture firm at Northamptonshire logistics park

Prologis has secured Flexispot as the latest occupier at its Wellingborough West logistics park in Northamptonshire. The kinetic furniture manufacturer, owned by global 3PL business Lecangs, has signed a 10-year deal for the 130,726 sq ft DC2 warehouse. The building has an EPC A rating and is net zero in operation. Prologis Park Wellingborough West sits half a mile from the A509. Tom Price, leasing director at Prologis UK, said: “Working with Flexispot has been rewarding and it’s excellent that the business has chosen Prologis Park Wellingborough West for its expansion.
