A prime plot of London real estate belonging to the Kremlin has been seized by former shareholders of defunct oil giant Yukos in a £50bn legal battle.
The plot is located at 245 Warwick Road in Kensington, W14, which the Russian Federation bought in 2006 for £8m.
The seizure is being hailed as a landmark moment, as it is the first successful charge over a Russia-owned property in England.
