Prelets sought for Cambridge Discovery Campus

Bridgemere Land and Foundation Capital Ventures have tasked Bidwells and Savills with attracting tenants to their £100m Cambridge Discovery Campus. The mandate comes as work begins on the 343,000 sq ft science and innovation campus, located to the south of Cambridge. Vertase FLI has been appointed to undertake demolition and remediation works on the 50-acre site ahead of the development of six lab-enabled buildings. The scheme, designed to support small to medium-sized ventures, was given the go-ahead by the local council last year. The development, which is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating, will be one of the first fossil fuel-free campuses in Cambridge.
