Praxis has raided Brockton Everlast to add two new hires to its team.
The group has appointed Adam Isaacs and Calum Hulme as managing directors on its investments and capital markets/investor relations teams respectively, as part of a recruitment drive to accelerate the business’s growth.

Both men join from Brockton Everlast where they held similar long-term roles in the London-based real estate investment and development firm.
Isaacs was most recently a managing director in Brockton’s investment team, where he spent the past decade working across multiple real estate sectors and strategies. During his time at the firm, Isaacs built a strong track record of investing in central London, while also being instrumental in assembling Brockton’s 13m sq ft UK multi-let industrial portfolio, which was ultimately primarily sold to Blackstone.
At Praxis, Isaacs will report directly to chief executive Mark Harrison.
Isaacs said: “It’s an exciting time to join Praxis, which is firmly in acquisitions mode, with the resources to build on a long-term track record of delivering strong investor returns by capitalising on clear pricing dislocation as we move into a new cycle.
“With the sector undergoing significant structural change, there are attractive buying opportunities for well-capitalised and nimble investors with the ability to actively manage operational real estate assets. We have all the right ingredients in place to scale the Praxis platform across both existing and new UK real estate strategies, and I look forward to driving this forward, with an initial focus on central London in particular.”
Hulme spent nearly 10 years at Brockton where he was most recently a managing director with responsibilities for fund and portfolio management and investor relations. He played a key role in building and executing fund strategies with a combined value of around £3bn.
At Praxis, Hulme will work across the investor relations and capital markets teams.
He said: “My goal is to nurture the firm’s existing strong investor relationships, while helping to grow new capital relationships, leveraging the business’s success in creating value through cycles from its proven vertically integrated platform.”
Keen & Partners advised Praxis on the appointments.
