Plans revealed for initial Earls Court scheme
APG and Delancey have unveiled more of the plans for an initial scheme at the Earls Court development site acquired from Capco last year.
The proposals, designed by Pilbrow & Partners, are for 344-350 Old Brompton Road, which the Earls Court Development Company wants to act as a gateway to the rest of the scheme.
Plans include three blocks of three, five and eight storeys above ground, connected by a lower central section to provide 57 new homes, of which 35% will be affordable.

The homes will be a mix of studio, one, two, three and four bedrooms and private gardens will be provided to the interior of the block.
Last month, APG and Delancey appointed Hawkins\Brown and Studio Egret West to come up with a new mixed-use masterplan for the Earls Court site.
The development site no longer includes the West Kensington and Gibbs Green estates, which have been handed back to Hammersmith and Fulham Council.
