Plans revealed for CLI Dartriver’s City redevelopment

CLI Dartriver, the real estate developer launched last year by former Great Portland Estates directors Neil Thompson and Ben Chambers, has lodged plans to develop a new City of London office block.

The company wants to knock down the existing vacant buildings at 63-66 Coleman Street and 35-39 Moorgate, EC2, and build an eight-storey office block with retail on the ground floor.

The Emrys-designed scheme has undergone a “significant evolution” over the course of three pre-application meetings with the City of London Corporation earlier this year, according to planning documents from DP9.
