Plans in for retirement community at Alderley Park
Plans have been lodged with Cheshire East Council for the delivery of 139 retirement homes on a four-acre site at Alderley Park.
The 247,882 sq ft scheme will be brought forward by Symphony Park, the retirement branch of urban regeneration specialist Vita Group.
The move follows the refusal of an application in March.

The move follows the refusal of an application in March.
The newly created scheme, designed by Calderpeel Architects, includes an amenity hub, spa, restaurant, bar and library.
Symphony Park has also proposed to build a medical centre on site to provide a private GP, nurse and wellbeing manager. The service will be delivered in partnership with Nuffield Health.
Avison Young was appointed as planning agent on the scheme.
