Plans in for NOMA’s 4 Angel Square

MEPC has lodged plans with Manchester City Council for a 200,000 sq ft Grade A office development which will mark the next phase of its 20-acre NOMA scheme. The new 11-storey office building, 4 Angel Square, will sit on the corner of Corporation Street and Miller Street and marks NOMA’s first speculative new-build office development. Shops or restaurants will be provided on the ground floor. Once completed, the NOMA scheme will provide 2.5m sq ft of newly built and renovated office space.
