Further expansion plans have been revealed for Milton Park in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, including transformation of an existing office building into a life sciences facility.
A development notice has been submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council by Savills on behalf of Gen Two, which owns the land. This is the only building on Milton Park not owned by MEPC.
The developer is proposing the conversion of the 58,760 sq ft office block at 177 Brook Drive into 79,600 sq ft lab facility. The building will see a two-storey front extension, the addition of office and plant space.
