Investec has lodged plans for the redevelopment of Manchester’s House of Fraser at the landmark Kendals department store.
It aims to redevelop the site into 500,000 sq ft of offices, designed by Sheppard Robson Architects.
Investec announced the plans to revive the Grade II listed building and redevelop the car park last year.
Pending planning consent this spring, it aims to begin work early next year.
