Planners back latest King’s Cross office building

Argent has secured reserved matters planning approval from Camden Council for its latest building at its King’s Cross development, N1. The 252,403 sq ft building, known as S3, will provide 244,534 sq ft of office space to the north of the 67-acre development and sit in front of the buildings to be occupied by Facebook. The 11-storey building will also provide restaurant and retail space. The King’s Cross Partnership, which is majority owned by pension giant AustralianSuper, expanded its holdings in the area in December, having been chosen as the preferred bidder for the St Pancras Hospital site by Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust.
