Former Pizza Express boss David Page has set up a new venture to snap up small restaurant chains across Europe.
The investment vehicle, 704 Restaurants, will target European businesses of between one and 20 sites.
Page said he expects to raise about £10m to invest in the chains, which he will then scale up and sell off.
