Lab space developer Pioneer Group has named Harry Pickering as portfolio director and UK head of investment, a newly created role.
Pickering joins from Schroders, where he was responsible for the strategy and business plan execution. In his new role, Pickering will be responsible for spearheading Pioneer’s expansion.
The move follows two years of heightened market activity for the life sciences sector, with record fundraising levels translating into acute demand for purpose-built lab space.
