Pinnacle wins 49,000-home DIO contract

Pinnacle Group has been selected to manage the Defence Infrastructure Organisation’s 49,000-home estate. The estate is owned by Annington Capital and leased back to the DIO. Pinnacle has been awarded a £144m contract to manage the properties for seven years, beginning in March 2022. The contract has three optional one-year extensions.
