Residential Land owns the adjacent plot at 14-17 Paddington Green, W2, through Luckysix Investments, of which Bruce Ritchie is a director.
The new plans will reconfigure two of the blocks from the Berkeley plot with the Ritchie-owned site. The blocks will provide 200 units around a courtyard, adding 140 extra homes to the site, and taking the total number of units up to 792.
The plans do not outline whether the scheme will include units for rent.
