People moves: Vivid appoints chief operating officer

This week’s appointments and promotions


Margaret Dodwell (pictured, left) has been appointed as the new chief operating officer at south of England housing association Vivid. She will take up the new role in October. Dodwell has extensive experience in the social housing industry, most recently serving as chief executive of Lewisham Homes.

Countryside Partnerships has promoted Gemma Hardy (pictured, centre) to managing director of Merseyside and Cheshire West, and Adam Sharpe to managing director of South West Midlands.

James Proctor (pictured, right) has been appointed to lead Hartnell Taylor Cook’s new London office agency in the role of director and head of central London offices. He joins from Allsop.
