People moves: Vita Group makes resi promotion

This week’s appointments and promotions Russell Hayes (pictured, left) has been promoted to the role of director of residential at Vita Group. He will be responsible for leading the company’s residential portfolio, which includes Circle Square Apartments Manchester. Catesby Estates has appointed Julian Wilkinson (pictured, right) as its area land director for the south of England. He previously worked at Gladman Developments. Cushman & Wakefield has appointed David Gingell as international partner in its EMEA equity, debt and structured finance team, while Josh Vernon has joined as a partner to lead its shopping centre and in-town retail capital markets business. Socius has appointed Mike Dodd as project director to its development team to oversee the delivery of the Soapworks and St Christopher’s schemes in Bristol. Law firm Lester Aldridge has appointed Allison Fuller as director and Sarah Harris as senior plot sales executive in the Southampton office. Harworth Group has appointed Kate Morris-Bates as group resources and transformation director. Harper Dennis Hobbs’ Andrew Bathurst will now lead the firm’s client offerings across multiple sectors in his executive director role, while John Corlett has been appointed as HDH’s international director. Colmore Capital has appointed Matt Grainger as investment and asset manager and Tim Bromley-Martin as asset manager. PGIM Real Estate’s European debt team has appointed Juergen Helm as lead originator in Germany and Laura Denenga as London originator. Steve Willingham has been hired as head of Asia at DRC Savills Investment Management. Trammell Crow Company has appointed Sean Gray as general counsel for its European commercial development business. He joins from Nuveen. Jake Adams joins Lovell Partnerships as a graduate land buyer in the east of England. Daniel Freiman has been appointed partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s real estate and planning group. He was previously director of planning and head of legal at Heathrow Airport. Muse has recruited Rosalind Futter as its new finance director from Landsec. Property developer HBD has hired Elgan Jones as a director in London. Elliot Cumming has joined HFD Group as a property director from London & Scottish Property Investment Management.
