People moves: LendInvest strengthens commercial team

This week’s appointments and promotions LendInvest has promoted Sophie Mitchell-Charman (pictured, right) to commercial director and Leanne Ardron to head of bridging. Fabrix has appointed Nicholas Schiloff (pictured, left) as chief investment officer to lead the firm’s investment and asset management activities. He previously worked at Blackstone. John Sisk & Son has appointed Ger Hayes as managing director for the UK South division. The Crown Estate has named Kristy Lansdown head of development, James Atherton development director, and Andy Goodenough commercial and cost director in its London development team. Hines has hired Tom Cazalet as development director, Chris Bunn as development manager, Catherine Turnbull as associate in the development management team, and Andrew Flynn as project manager. Cluttons has recruited graduates Lewis Quinn and Nancy Taylor to the infrastructure team; Elise Rutler and Jamie Katz start in commercial valuations; Jessie Leung joins the business development and research team; Tom Woodfield has been appointed to the transactions and development agency; Tara Bellamy starts in residential valuations; and Will Simpkins in residential agency. Françoise Maigrot has been appointed manager of Linklaters’ Paris office. Vail Williams’ Woking office has appointed Maria Hoadley as a partner in the agency team. She will work across the Surrey and Thames Valley regions in property acquisitions and disposals. Bruton Knowles has promoted Nicholas Broadway to senior associate in the national valuation team. Nicole Fitzpatrick has been appointed as partner and Andrew Sellick as senior associate, while Will Matthews and Richard Smale have been made associates. Lee Baron has hired Mark Hegarty as director of operations. Chloe Dowling and Mikki Hayes join as senior property managers, and Mina Brandford has been appointed as property manager. RBC Real Estate Capital Partners has appointed Jonathan Haas from Blackstone as a director. Oliver Pepper from JP Morgan has been appointed vice president. Lovell Partnerships has appointed Phil Jones as head of land and partnerships for its recently launched North East region. He has 25 years of experience in planning and land acquisitions. Orlando Reid has appointed Alice Pittard as head of lettings. Caine Gilchrist has joined Bromwich Hardy as a surveyor. He will work across agency, property management and marketing. Alanna Peach has joined Colliers as a director in the operational capital markets team. She joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where she worked across the student, BTR and retirement living sectors. Cristina Dumet has joined RE Capital as head of HR. Downing has appointed Nick Burley as sustainable investment manager in its capital solutions team. He will be responsible for strategic transactions and working with investors to help deliver the team’s growth plans. Savills has hired Orla Coyle as head of ESG Ireland, based in the Dublin office. She joins from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland. Osborne Clarke has elected Conrad Davies of the Urban Dynamics Group as its new UK managing partner, with effect from 1 January. He will succeed Ray Berg. Edward Lifely has been appointed to Lambert Smith Hampton’s South East agency team. He was previously an associate partner at Carter Jonas. LCP’s Bristol office has hired Gemma Aldridge as assistant property manager from Workman. Alec Turner has joined as a building surveyor from Evans Jones. Flexible workspace provider Orega has appointed Andrew Hynard, formerly chief executive of the Howard de Walden Estate, and John Snow, formerly head of UK commercial business at Knight Frank, as board advisers.
