People moves: Land Trust appoints head of environment and biodiversity

The Land Trust has promoted Joe Heath to head of environment and biodiversity. He will remain part of the business development team and will focus on generating sustainable income from new and existing sites across England.

Savills has appointed Phil Pearson as a director in its energy consultancy services team, which forms part of the firm’s wider Savills Earth division. He has more than 14 years of experience in commercialisation, financing, deployment and regulatory development of low-carbon and renewable technologies in the commercial and consulting sector. Pearson has previously developed and led businesses in the energy sector at Hoare Lea and WSP.

Kirsten Hald of Colliers has been appointed to the British Property Federation Futures advisory board as UK regional representative. As the board member for the regions, she will speak on matters that are pertinent to the built environment sector, and she will be instrumental in shaping the future of the industry to ensure that it remains at the forefront of innovation and growth.
