M&G Real Estate has appointed Marcus Eilers as head of European residential to lead its expansion into the European living sector across its fund portfolio. Former Sainsbury’s chief executive Justin King has been named the new chair of London estate agency Dexters. Ashley Reuby has been appointed as a senior chartered building surveyor at SHW Brighton. Alex Sciarretta has joined Carden Group as land director. JLL has appointed Wenceslao Bunge as global co-chair of real estate investment banking. Jaime Riera has been named EMEA head of M&A and corporate advisory. Raoul Veevers has also joined as head of planning in London. Colliers’ national capital markets team has hired Fergus Forsyth as an associate director. Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Daryl Perry as head of UK research and insight. Michael Carson has joined as its supply chain and logistics advisory lead in EMEA. Tim Russell has joined Aviva Investors as senior fund manager to oversee its unit-linked property funds. Peter Crowther has been appointed junior vice president of the British Council for offices. Trammell Crow Company has recruited Jamie Hargreaves as its UK industrial and logistics director. Nexus Planning has appointed Kiri Shuttleworth as an associate director in its London office. She will support its public sector clients and investor projects. Nick Coffey has joined Gateley Vinden as an associate director in its Manchester office. TFT has hired Paul Jones as an associate director for engineering and sustainability. Bloor South Midlands has appointed Rebecca Hlatywayo as its new marketing manager. Matt Dandy has joined Hayfield’s graduate development programme as a trainee assistant site manager. Vail Williams has appointed Steven Pattie as a senior planner for its south coast region and Joseph Brady as a senior surveyor in Birmingham.
