Jaynic Property Group has appointed Rachael Morey (pictured, left) as senior planning manager to support its growing commercial and residential land bank in East Anglia and across the UK.
Rachel Hanniquet-Brooking (pictured, right), formerly of Grainger, has been appointed director of operations at Apo Group. She will continue to serve on Propertymark’s advisory panel as a trainer.
Montagu Evans has appointed industrial and logistics specialist Luca Nardini as a partner, with a focus on agency and development funding. He rejoins the business from Taurus Developments, where he was a development manager.

Juergen Fenk has been named managing director of Eastdil Secured. He was previously chief executive of wealth and asset manager Primonial REIM.
Michael Old has joined Moda Living’s central investment team from EY.
Olivia Hewitt and Alice Bolton-Gough have joined MEPC as development manager and asset manager, respectively, at its Manchester headquarters.
Centrick’s Birmingham office appointed Eric Tang as a surveyor in the valuation team and Kalum Sohota as an assistant portfolio manager in the building and estate management team.
Tina Hothi has joined Johnson Fellows as an associate partner. She will be responsible for corporate estate management, investment portfolio management and landlord service fee management.
Ashleigh Lydford has joined the real estate team at Lester Aldridge as associate.
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has expanded its real estate practice with the addition of partners Kristina Middleton from CMS and Jessica Parry from Brabners to its Manchester office.
Nick Ingle has been appointed as the new head of residential sales at Strutt & Parker’s Salisbury office. He has nearly 30 years of industry experience.
Castle Green Homes has promoted Bert Bonatti to area construction manager and Lindsey Dilworth to sales manager. Tom Fletcher has been made a quantity surveyor and Jacob Edwards an assistant quantity surveyor.
Housebuilder Honey has appointed Anne Bagshaw as sales and marketing director, Rebecca Vaughan as sales advisor, Luke Hewitt as head of construction, Mark Robinson as site manager and James Peace as architectural manager.
Neil Slater, currently global head of real estate and real assets at abrdn, has been named the new chief executive of Redevco. He will take over the post in October, when Andrew Vaughan departs the business after more than 20 years.
Lambert Smith Hampton’s Belfast office has promoted Tom Donnan to director in the general agency department and Jonathan Tate to associate director in the building and project consultancy department. In the London office, Lana Goddard has been appointed as ESG and sustainability manager.
Richard Wright has been named equity director at Commercial Property Partners. He joined the firm in 2018.
Colliers has recruited Alex Mozaffari as head of energy and sustainability in its project and building consultancy team. He joins from RPS.
Suzy Jones, a former director of RIBA North, has been named Urban Splash’s first director of the future. She will be responsible for developing ESG objectives and supporting strategy.
Fabrix has strengthened its investment division with the addition of Hayden Scillitoe as vice-president from Blackstone and Judge Williams as senior associate from Goldman Sachs.
The housing charity Local Space has added Kim Humberstone as finance director and Anna Keast as head of governance, risk and assurance to its strategic leadership team.
JLL has promoted Jurrian Dompeling to executive vice-president of EMEA hotels & hospitality, capital markets. He joined the firm in 2015 and will focus on agency and development funding.
