Innes England’s professional services division has appointed Martin Wilson (pictured, left) as a director. He will be charged with expanding the firm’s asset valuation teams to strengthen its public sector services.
Northstone has promoted Jo Allen (picture, centre) to partnerships director. Allen has contributed to the firm’s growth in deals, and collaborations, expanding its reach with energy-efficient homes across the North West.
Birchwood Real Estate Capital has hired Edward Raynor (pictured, right) as an associate. He formerly worked at Eastdil, advising institutional real estate clients on debt transactions in the UK and Europe.

Cushman & Wakefield has named Ed Fitch as head of hospitality in the UK and Ireland. Fitch, a partner at Cushman & Wakefield for five years, was previously executive vice president of JLL’s hotels & hospitality group.
Abraham Laker, a senior associate of Rapleys, has been elected as a fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute, its highest level of professional membership. The award came in recognition of his work in diversity and inclusion, having co-founded the BAME Planners Network. In 2020 he was given the RTPI president’s special award for planning achievement.
Victoria Hall has been appointed to the newly-created role of head of funds for infrastructure at AXA IM Alts, overseeing investment, portfolio management, and the implementation of ESG and sustainable finance disclosure obligations.
Carter Jonas has promoted James Stephen to equity partner. Group partner promotions include Chris Anderson and Ben Myerscough in rural; Jane Barlow in infrastructure; James Bennett in commercial; Sarah Cox, Emma Jewson, Jenny Miles and Caroline Searle in planning and development; and Lee Richards in residential.
Richard Booth has been named as head of investor clients in JLL’s UK commercial valuation advisory team. He has rejoined the business from Knight Frank, where he was co-head of UK funds in valuation advisory.
Avison Young has appointed Rachel Crick, Ulf Eickelberg, Robert High and Pete Stockall as principals in its London and Bristol offices.
Oxford Properties has appointed former Bank of America director Tina Pristovsek as vice president for real estate finance and capital markets in Europe.
GreenPoint Partners has appointed Dean Hopkins, former Oxford Properties chief operations officer, and Andy Martin, ex-BNP PRE UK chief executive, as senior operating partners.
Sustainability consultancy Longevity Partners has appointed former Microsoft executive Chrystèle Dumont as its chief operating officer for Europe.
CBRE has appointed Jordan Saleh as head of flex for the North. He will focus on developing new connections and driving revenue. He joins from WeWork.
M&G Real Estate has hired Robin Hubbard as global head of real estate investor relations and investment specialists. He will manage institutional client relationships in the UK, North America, Europe and Asia.
Colliers has made the following promotions in its Bristol office: Alex Vacher to director; Janek Szkoda, Ed Jefferson and Chris Strat to associate directors; and Alex Van Den Bogerd to senior surveyor. In the Birmingham office, Samantha Nicholls has been promoted to director, Tom Arnold to associate director, and Kier Guest, Joana Ma and Kirsten Hald to senior surveyors, while Lynsey Ledgister has been promoted to senior business support and Nathan Henry to business support.
Scott Tallon Walker Architects has named Michael Tallon executive chairman and Ronan Phelan managing director.
Gleeds has appointed Ian Shearer as the global chief information officer. He will develop and implement operational performance improvements for clients such as SYSTRA, Skanska, and British Steel.
Ashurst has bolstered its real estate practice with the promotion to partner of Chris Benbow, Stuart Blacklock, Sarah Winter, Joaquín Macías and David Noblinski, based in the London, Madrid and Paris offices.
Duncan Palmer has been named director of student accommodation at Your Tribe. He joins from Mapletree.
Strutt & Parker has appointed George Hughes as director and head of residential sales for Oxford.
Brooks Blake has joined NW1 Partners as a partner, responsible for asset-led strategies across the UK and Europe. Giancarlo Vissat joins as senior vice president and will oversee industrial outdoor storage operations in the USA.
Property finance lender MSP Capital has promoted Becky Harris to director of strategic finance and operations and Adam Tovey to director of risk and underwriting.
Kadans Science Partner has appointed Mark Hanna to lead its UK property portfolio management. He joins from NHS managed services provider Carveti Partnership.
