People moves: Gresham House appoints head of asset management

Appointments and promotions Gresham House has appointed Chris Carter Keall (pictured, left) as head of asset management for housing. He was previously head of real estate strategy and chief investment officer at LifeX Aps Bruton Knowles has promoted Gill Froud (pictured, right) to partner and Daniel Milton and Rachel Holland to associates in its national utilities and infrastructure team. Sandyford Properties has appointed Charlotte Worthington as asset manager to oversee its portfolio of multi-let industrial space across the Midlands and North West. Knight Frank has bolstered its global data centre valuations and consultancy team with the appointment of Isobel Green as a senior surveyor, Harry Hannam as a senior research analyst, Selda Selgjekaj as a business support coordinator. The team will be further supported by graduate Olamide Emiloju. Midlands-based property investor Colmore Capital has appointed Pav Biran as an investment analyst. He previously worked at BDO. Sisk has appointed Steven McGee as chief operating officer for Ireland and UK. He joined the business as head of the Irish division last year. Lichfields has appointed Neil Purvis as associate director of environmental impact assessment and Peter Layfield as a heritage consultant. Rachael Hornby has joined Principle Estate Management as an associate director in the London office. Law firm Withers has hired Owen Talfan Davies to its commercial real estate practice as a partner from Fieldfisher. BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Newcastle office has appointed Jason Smith as valuations director. He joins from Eddisons. Jon Neale of JLL will join Montagu Evans in September as head of research and strategic insight to support client decision-making on future opportunities, risk and impact. Knight Frank IM has named Matthew McDonald as chief executive. He has been member of the KFIM board of directors since 2015. SEGRO has promoted Dan Holford to head of national markets, Bonnie Minshull to head of London markets, Stuart McCallion to head of technical development UK, and Sean Doherty to head of investment UK. European warehouse specialist Delin Property has appointed Tom Wattles as chief executive. The Prologis co-founder joined the business in 2021 to help grow its institutional investment platform. RivingtonHark has named Sabri Marsaoui as director of asset management. He previously worked at Crosstree Real Estate Partners. Lambert Smith Hampton has recruited Ivan Tennant as a director in its economics and planning policy team. He joins from GL Hearn. Gerald Eve has promoted the following to partners: Neil Hamilton in the leisure team; Felix Hartley Russell in the capital markets team; Natalie Rowland, Gary Brook and Peter Edgar in the planning team; Peter Dinnick in the office lease consultancy team; and Chandra Hughes in the property and asset management team. Avant Homes West Midlands has appointed Ashley James as land director. He will be responsible for sourcing and securing new residential development opportunities in the region. Stephen Parker has been named regeneration director at Regen Partners, alongside his current position as client relationship manager at Regen’s sister company, GT3 Architects. Amy Stirton has joined Capsticks as a legal director in its housing management team to support its expansion in the North, Midlands and West Yorkshire. Retirement home operator and developer Inspired Villages has appointed Angie Harding as operations director. She joins from the ExtraCare Charitable Trust. Jones Hargreaves has promoted Tom Birdsell to partner. Harry McDermott and Kris Cole have been hired as associate partners, and Edward Eggeman joins as a graduate building surveyor. Atelier has appointed Bruce Robertson as a lending manager in Scotland to assist developers building in the residential, student and care sectors. Gleeson Homes has appointed Alastair Hart as regional sales director for the Midlands. He previously held positions at Avant Homes and Persimmon Homes. JMW Solicitors has appointed Priya Sejpal from Clyde & Co and Matthew Hearsum from Morr & Co as partners in its property litigation team in London. Dave Jones has joined Grosvenor as head of property management to support the company’s digital transformation. He formerly worked at APW property. Lovell Partnerships East Midlands has promoted Beth Bundonis as regional managing director and Lewis Charity as land and technical director. Dan Buller joins as commercial manager; James Phillips as refurbishment manager; and Mark Blake as sales and marketing manager. Savills has hired Trystan Lever and Harry Smith as senior consultants in its heritage and townscape office in London. Thomas Clowes has been appointed as managing director at Clowes Development.
