Savills Ireland has hired Neill McNicholas as a director and head of the tenant representation, occupier services and Workthere teams in its Dublin office. He joins from JLL.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Andreas Siebert to lead its retail investment business in Germany. Based in Dusseldorf, he will be responsible for its acquisitions and sales. He joins from JLL.
CBRE has appointed Sarah Livingston from Elysium Healthcare as an executive director in its healthcare team and James Dunmore from Assura as a senior director to lead its public sector healthcare team.
Stanhope Capital Group has appointed James Lawlor as partner and head of real estate from Aviva Investors, and Eric Vu Anh has been appointed as investment manager from Cortland.
Glencar has hired Mark Green to the role of operations director based at its Solihull office in Birmingham. He joins from ISG.
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has expanded its global real estate practice with the hiring of Linklaters’ Will Trotman as a real estate structured debt partner. Anne Richier also joins as a partner in its Paris real estate and construction practice.
Lisa Freer has joined Chosen Home from Fine & Country as a sales consultant. She has more than 25 years’ experience in property development.
Delin Property has appointed Maurits Olde Meule as portfolio manager for its dutch logistics fund. Elmer Blom also joins as development manager and Daniël Piris as property manager.
James Dixon has joined Benoy as a director in its London studio. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential mixed-use schemes and joins from Glenn Howells Architects.
Lichfields has hired Phil Marsden as an associate director based in its Bristol office to work on commercial, housing and leisure projects, as well as business development initiatives in the South West.
NREP has appointed Jesse Shapins as head of urban strategy and design and co-lead of the urban development team. He joins from Sidewalk Labs, where he worked on transformational impact through equitable and sustainable development.
Surveying practice Copping Joyce has expanded its team with the hiring of graduates Mario Antoniou, Theo Sevestre, Vicky Tseng, Bilal Chaudhry, John Watts, Onkar Bhambra, Panos Orfanakos, Reuben Stovold and Anthony Brown.
