Dolphin Living has appointed Jacqueline England (pictured, left) as customer services director. She will manage the end-to-end resident experience and oversea the Westminster home ownership accelerator scheme.
Matt Shore (pictured, right) has joined Co-Re as senior project manager. He will play a key role in the delivery of its Lansdowne House scheme in Berkeley Square, London. He previously worked for Avison Young.
Andrew Lewis has been named as the new chief executive of Liverpool City Council, six months after Tony Reeves resigned. Lewis joins from Cheshire West and Chester Council, where he has served as chief executive since 2018.

LS Estates has hired Paul Bailey as its first managing director of life sciences and asset management. Bailey has 25 years of direct real estate experience, most recently as head of Mapletree Investments UK and Ireland division.
CBRE Investment Management has hired Kerron Lezama as a senior director in its private infrastructure team. He was previously managing director of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan infrastructure and natural resources team.
Supermarket Income REIT has appointed Sapna Shah as a nonexecutive director. She has 20 years of investment banking experience advising UK companies on IPOs, equity capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
M7 has announced that Richard Croft is to step down from his role as executive chairman. He will continue to serve as a senior adviser to the company and as a general board partner of all the M7 discretionary funds.
Law firm Maples Teesdale has appointed Paul Burke as managing partner. He will take over from Chris Wilkinson on 1 April.
JLL chairman Chris Ireland has announced his retirement from the company after more than 40 years. He joined the business in 1979 as a graduate and worked for his whole career across the UK investment property market, serving in a number of senior roles including the position of chairman in 2021.
Octopus Investments has named Benjamin Davis as its new chief executive to lead its retail and institutional fund management business. He succeeds Ruth Handcock, who held the position for four years. Edward Clough will replace Davis as managing director.
Stephen Hubbard will step down as the chair of Workspace in July, after nine years on the board. Duncan Owen, the current non-executive director, will take his position.
Gladys Lovell has joined Evolve Estates as its property and transactions manager to oversee the management of its residential portfolio. She joins from Carter Jonas, where she led its regional team.
Native Residential has hired Jack Pinkney as commercial and estates director. He joins from JLL’s property and asset management team.
Bidwells has hired Kelly Bream as its new chief operating officer. The ex-Navana Property Group will oversee the operations of its nine UK offices and head the delivery of its five-year growth plan and ESG goals.
Ken Aherne has been named managing director of John Sisk & Son’s Ireland East division. He joined the business in 1988.
UK real estate investment platform Shojin has hired Dimicke Le Masson as financial controller, Jonathan Self as head of asset management and James Mumberson as marketing manager.
JLL has appointed Benjamin Hobart as head of City, East and North London residential development. He has a background in residential real estate, with a focus on new homes and development. Hobart joins from Savills.
Philip Shields has been named managing director of KPMG UK’s real estate corporate finance practice. He joins from Panmure Gordon, where he led the real estate M&A group.
Puma Property Finance has expanded its UK operations with the appointment of Louise Peters as manager and Rahul Malde and Sarah Milne as senior managers.
