The Pollen Estate has appointed Richard Collins as chief operating officer. He was most recently COO at QSix.
WeWork has appointed David Tolley as chief executive of the flex office company after five months in the role on an interim basis. He has previously held the position of chief financial officer at Intelsat.
John Lewis Partnership has appointed Martin Gafsen as its new director of property, overseeing the strategy and management of the retail group’s property portfolio. Gafsen joins from Royal Mail Group.
JLL’s head of industrial and logistics clients, Andy Harding, will leave the agency at the end of the year to set up his own consultancy. He has worked for the firm for more than 25 years.
Colliers has appointed James Walton as director of its new flex space consultancy and brokerage platform. Walton is joined by former Form_ colleagues Toby Ross as associate director, Dan Hart as senior consultant, Simon Skates as growth lead consultant and Alice Dosher as business development consultant.
BDO has hired Craig Wilson as director of its real estate debt advisory team.
Deutsche Pfandbriefbank’s supervisory board has appointed Deutsche Bank executive Kay Wolf as its new chief executive, replacing Andreas Arndt.
Bruton Knowles’ first office in Scotland will be led by Linda Turner as head of utilities and infrastructure Scotland, and Caroline Campbell as senior associate. They join from senior roles at Savills.
The Crown Estate has appointed Karen Baines as marketing director across its London and regional portfolios. Baines will be charged with implementing a new marketing strategy to drive footfall, engage visitors and attract new commercial and lifestyle customers across all property assets
Robert Nelson, Jeremy Toone, Niall Crowley and William Jeens join Colliers’ national capital markets team as directors. They previously worked for Cap Real Estate.
Sam Wallis has been made chief executive of GIA Surveyors, and founder Gordon Ingram has become chair of the newly integrated business following the incorporation of GIA and GIA North.
Kingsley Napley has promoted Daniel Browne and Daniel Clyne to partners in its real estate and construction practice.
Richard Cannings has joined LDS Sales Guarantees as a director.
George Trevitt has joined Kurtis Property as senior lettings manager covering London and the Home Counties.
