People moves: Cushman & Wakefield grows UK research and insight team

This week’s appointments and promotions Kiran Patel (pictured, left) has been appointed as an associate director in Cushman & Wakefield’s UK research and insight team, focused on the office sector. He joins from AND London.  Richard Bache (pictured, right) has joined Johnson Fellows as a partner in the commercial agency unit. He has spent the past two decades working in Birmingham and the West Midlands, most recently at Pennycuick Collins, where he was associate director.  Planning consultancy Edgars has appointed Katie Dickson as an associate to spearhead its heritage sector. Susan Joseph has joined West Sussex-based Sigma Homes as sales and marketing director. BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management UK has named Swati Srivastava as head of institutional sales and investor relations in its London office. Savills has promoted Dan Fox to head of sales in its Islington office. He joined the firm from Knight Frank in 2020 as head of department. DWF has appointed Deepa Deb as global head of development and investment in its real estate practice. She joins from Dentons, where she was a partner and head of UK real estate. Godwin Developments has appointed Lesley Roberts as director of BTR operations. She is a past president of the UK Apartment Association and was previously a partner at Allsop and CEO of Allsop Letting and Management. David Clark has joined Centrick as non-executive chairman to support its sustainable national growth strategy. He was recently chair and co-owner at Mainstay Group, a national residential leasehold and mixed-use asset manager based in Worcester. Residential developer Hub has promoted Victoria Manston to development director to oversee the expansion of key projects as it grows its portfolio across the UK. Law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has hired Chris Beaumont-McQuillan as corporate real estate and funds partner in London. He joins from Reed Smith. Lovell Homes has hired Nelson Bonotti as assistant site manager of the company’s Northshore development in Stockton-on-Tees. Downing has appointed Bruno Lobo as investment director in its property finance team to bolster its BTR function. He joins from S+A Capital, where he was a co-founder and managing partner.  Nuveen Real Estate has appointed Randy Giraldo as head of Europe. He will oversee the expansion of its global platform.  LaSalle Investment Management has appointed Beverley Kilbride as chief operating officer for Europe. She will be responsible for integrating strategic operational efficiencies into the firm’s European investments, assets and funds. Chris Manderson has joined online platform Invisible Homes as head of sales. He previously worked for GetAgent. Schroders Capital has hired Hideki Kurata as head of real estate for France and a member of the global real estate management team. He joins from Greystar. Mike Shepherd has joined Man GPM as investment director in its community housing team.  Specialist asset finance advisory Arc & Co has hired Edward Dickinson as a private client adviser and Perry Beckett as an adviser specialising in commercial and development transactions. Haslams Chartered Surveyors has promoted associates Harry Bevins and Ed Ponting to the role of partner. Neil Seager has been named managing partner. Guy Spencer is to lead Savills’ newly established residential lettings division in Hyde Park following his appointment in September 2022. He formerly oversaw Knight Frank’s lettings in the Queen’s Park and Hyde Park areas. Nicole Fitzpatrick, a member of Bruton Knowles’ national valuations team, has been promoted to partner. She has worked for the firm for nine years and is the third woman to join the senior management team. Perkins&Will has named Jo Wright as managing director of its London studio and its first female managing director. Simon Perkins, the former chief executive of McKay Securities, has joined the board of Edinburgh-based real estate developer Buccleuch Property.  AHR has appointed Alice Green as a senior associate in architecture. She is a specialist in the healthcare sector.  The Buying Solution has appointed Theo James-Wright as a partner to cover Surrey, Sussex and Kent. He joins from Savills.
