People moves: Avison Young strengthens regional teams

Avison Young has appointed Rob Robinson ( pictured, right) to its Birmingham valuations advisory team as a director. Sam Hume-Kendall has been hired as a senior surveyor in its central London investment team and Andrew Simmons has joined the Newcastle office as estates manager.
Allsop has added James Pullen (pictured, left) to its national business rates advising team for landlords and occupiers, with a focus on central London and the South East. He joins from Colliers International.
Colliers has appointed sustainability consultant Matt Sal to its ESG team from JustOne. James Pegg has joined the valuation and advisory services team in the north of England as associate director.

Fiera Capital Corporation has appointed Wenzel Hoberg as global head of real estate. Based in Toronto he will manage the expansion of its Canadian and UK platforms.
SIOR has promoted Matthew Leguen de Lacroix to head of business development, EMEA.
Savills Investment Management has appointed Evert Castelein as senior fund manager of its new European urban logistics and industrial strategy. He joins from abrdn.
Innes England has promoted Matt Howson to equity director. Hannah Vassey and Ross Whiting have been made partners.
Lambert Smith Hampton has hired Jeff Field from BNP Paribas Real Estate as its new London planning director to support its growing pipeline of instructions in the capital.
JLL has promoted Peter Gibney to head of Greater London residential development. Cameron Stott has been named as head of Scotland, succeeding Alasdair Humphery, who will join JLL’s capital markets team as a consultant.
Norton Rose Fulbright has named Stefan Feuerriegel, the firm’s head of Germany and a member of Europe and the Middle East, as its global head of real estate.
SO Resi has appointed Kevin Sims to the newly-created role of director of sales and marketing, where he will inform and educate the market on shared ownership.
James Child has joined CBRE’s development advisory team as an associate director. He will be based in Leeds and will work across the north of England.
Sophie Greco has joined Fisher German as a senior associate in the Banbury office. She specialises in advising landowners, land promoters, housebuilders, and infrastructure providers on development issues.
Edgerley Simpson Howe has recruited Dom Barnard to its investment team as an associate partner. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent seven years in the retail warehouse capital markets team.
Chancerygate has appointed Jason Sharman as European director to boost its expansion into Europe. He joins from Warsaw-based firm Tradeparcs.
Bidwells has promoted Richard Todd, Neil Kelly, Roland Bull and Rosalind Clifford to equity partners. Guy Kaddish, Sam Potts, Neil Bailey, Rob Beatson and Nicholas Hill have been made group partners.
Sovereign Centros has recruited Joseph Daver as development manager. He previously worked for LCR Property.
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has added Chris Beaumont-McQuillan to its corporate real estate and funds team in London.
Ben Mackett has joined City & Country as development director. He first worked at the firm in 2010 as a graduate and has since worked with project management firms in London and USA.
Hardies Property & Construction Consultants has appointed Colin Harrop as managing partner in its Leeds office.
Cohort Capital has appointed Robert Pritchard as head of capital markets. He joins from LendInvest, where he was head of its fund management business.
Boyer has promoted Karen Charles and Grant Leggett to executive directors. While Lawrence Turner, Simon Barry and Michelle Quan have all been promoted to director.
Hanover Green has appointed Zoe Ramsay as a graduate surveyor. She served a 12-month internship with the firm in 2020/21 as part of its work placement programme.
LCP has hired asset managers Oliver Eades and Bradley Walker to its London and West Midlands offices.
Turley has appointed Mark Underwood as senior director of planning and head of London. He has 25 years’ experience in business leadership and delivering built environment projects across a range of sectors in London and throughout the UK.
