CBRE has appointed Lesley Holloway (pictured left) as head of corporate ESG for its UK and Ireland advisory business. Holloway joins from NatWest Group, where she was responsible for the bank achieving net zero carbon for its operations in 2020 and becoming climate positive in 2022.
Andy Thompson (pictured centre) has joined Pugh Auctioneers as a director. He joins from SDL Property Auctions and has more than 15 years of auction expertise in the North West market.
Andy Heath (pictured right) has joined the newly formed Re:Volve Real Estate as a senior building surveyor from CBRE.

Former British Property Federation chief executive Liz Peace has joined the board of AEW UK REIT. Peace played a key role in creating the UK’s REIT structure during her time at the BPF, which she helmed from 2001 to 2014. She will take up the post on 1 October.
Mark Slater has joined the Instant Group as contract manager based in London. He previously spent 13 years at Royal Dutch Shell, managing real estate procurement projects.
Paul King has been appointed chief executive of Built by Nature, a European grant-making fund dedicated to advancing the use of timber and bio-based materials in the built environment. He joins from Lendlease Europe.
The Government Property Agency has hired Lisa Commane, chief operating officer of Ofwat, to strengthen its executive team. She brings more than two decades of experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Commane will begin her new role at the end of October.
Alison Lambert of Martley Capital Group has been named chair elect of Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Europe.
Caroline Pontifex has been appointed as director of KKS Savills workplace consultancy and design studio. She will replace Katrina Kostic Samen, who will take on a new role as head of Savills workplace studio in its US business.
Pegasus Group has hired urban designer Colin Pullan as senior director in its London office, where he will advise clients on planning, heritage, environment, landscape architecture and urban design matters. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton.
Kennedy Wilson’s Mary Ricks is to step down as company board director. Former executive vice-president Matt Windisch has been promoted to president, while former head of UK Mike Pegler will take on a new role as president of Kennedy Wilson Europe.
CBRE’s Tony Rosenthal has been named as the new Scottish president of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation. Rosenthal has over 15 years of experience in Scottish business rates, specialising in markets such as airports, retail, hotels and renewables.
Oxygen asset and investment management has hired James Mohsen as an asset manager. He joins from Knight Frank, where he worked on the disposals and acquisitions of multiple shopping centres in the UK.
UPSTIX has appointed Fred Jones as chief operating officer to oversee its AI-powered homebuying strategy. He was a former Uber executive who led the company’s nationwide presence.
Watling Real Estate has hired Callum Clark as an assistant surveyor from LSH. Based in the Manchester office, he will grow its North West operations and assist with agency and restructuring advice.
South Wales property and financial services business Harvey Bowes has appointed Tim Webber as construction project manager, Tom Evans as sales and lettings negotiator and Dominika Majer as a graduate architecture.
Mickle Hill, the integrated retirement village by Rangeford Villages, has expanded its sales team with the appointment of Debbie Hodgson as property sales adviser.
Savills has appointed Davide Dalmiglio as chief executive and managing director of its Italian business. He joins from Deloitte, where he was a partner in the corporate finance team.
Matteo Scabbia has been named head of property management at the RO Group in London. He formerly worked at Sorbon Estates as property asset manager.
Cala Homes North Home Counties has promoted Glenn Copper to managing director. He will work across Cambridgeshire, Essex, west and south Suffolk, and east London.
Law firm Irwin Mitchell has added new partner Joanna Preece to the London office’s construction and engineering team. She joins from Maples Teesdale.
Knight Frank has hired Jonathan Eastwood from CBRE to oversee its retail and leisure leasing division.
