Reece Richiardi (pictured, right) has been appointed as senior land manager for Avant Homes’ East Midlands land team.
Lucy Gardiner has joined Bruce Gillingham Pollard’s national leasing team as an associate. She previously worked for Jackson Criss, Twenty Retail and MJ Finn Commercial.
Law firm Paul Hastings has promoted lawyers Victoria Morton and Stephen Nicolas to partners within its corporate and real estate teams in London.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has appointed Lord Michael Bichard as its senior independent governor.
Bradley Hall has added to its North East team, with the appointment of Katie Kinchella as manager of its Gosforth office in Newcastle and Olivia White as a graduate building surveyor.
Savills has appointed Michael Wong as a director to lead its project management team in Bristol and Cardiff. Maxine Burnett has been hired to lead the occupier services lease administration team in EMEA. In the engineering and design consulting team, David Murray and Stuart Mercer have joined as directors in the Glasgow and Manchester offices.
Ringley Group has appointed Nichola Pughe as director and Chris Georgallis as managing director of its valuation department. They have more than 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial property and join from Copping Joyce Surveyors.
Goadsby has appointed chartered surveyor Katharine Bryant as a member of its property management team.
John Graham has joined Currie & Brown as group head of project management growth. He will lead the development of the firm’s service line.
Socius has appointed Ashley Broderick as senior project manager on the development team for its £165m Cambridge project. She previously worked for Taconic, a New York developer focused on neighbourhood revitalisation.
Chestertons has appointed John Ennis as chief executive officer after 20 years with Foxtons.
Old Park Lane Management has hired Sam Crusz as its development manager. She joins from Opera.
Empiric Student Property has appointed Donald Grant as its chief financial and sustainability officer designate and executive director.
Verdion has appointed Annika Schmelzer as asset manager for its German and Benelux real estate portfolios.
HFD Group has bolstered its board of directors with the promotions of Katrina Ovenden and Stuart Teape to legal director and finance director, respectively.
Chris Dietz has been appointed president of LeadingRE’s global operations. He joined the firm in 2011.

Montagu Evans has appointed Tim Hayns as partner and head of its retail and leisure sector team, advising landlords and working across its investment, planning, advisory and management services. He joins following 14 years with M&G Real Estate.
Real estate investment company Wigley Group has appointed Adam Dent to its board of directors.
Gleeds has named Irina Makarova vice-president of its New York operation. She joins from JLL and has more than 22 years’ experience in construction.
Barratt Developments has appointed James Dunne as divisional managing director for its Southampton division. He replaces Jon Green.
