Pension fund sells Trafford Park investment for £1.92m

Devonport Royal Dockyard Pensions Trustees has sold Kestrel House, Guiness Road, Trafford Park in Greater Manchester, to Blue Circle Pension Fund for £1.92m. The price reflects a yield of 7.34%.

The warehouse unit provides 3,070 sq m (33,044 sq ft) and is let to UK Consumer Electronics for 19 years at £47.50 per sq m (£4.41 per sq ft).

Lambert Smith Hampton and Royal London Asset Management acted for the vendor. Weatherall Green & Smith advised Blue Circle.
