Anchor tenant signs for another decade at One Grafton Street
Property investment management firm Pembroke has secured long-term tenant Ardian for another 10 years at its One Grafton Street office in Mayfair, W1.
The private investment house has signed the renewal for its 23,400 sq ft office at the mixed-use scheme, in a move hailed as “a real sign of confidence in the Mayfair office market” by Pembroke.
Sandra Cooper, director of asset management at Pembroke, said it “highlights continued demand for well-located, amenity-rich workspaces”.

Pembroke recently refurbished parts of One Grafton Street, updating the arrival and reception area, which sits behind an original Edwardian facade.
The building, which contains three ground-floor retail units and a three-bedroom apartment as well as offices, also features new landscaping and planting, as well as new end-of-trip facilities such as bike storage and showers.
Pembroke’s London portfolio comprises 580,000 sq ft of offices across Mayfair and the City of London.
Levy Real Estate was leasing agent on the deal.
