Peel and YHG lodge plans for 31-storey Liverpool Waters tower

Peel Land & Property Group and Your Housing Group have lodged plans for a 31-storey residential tower for the next phase of its £5bn Liverpool Waters development. The 278-home Patagonia Place scheme, located at Princes Dock, will be the next major development in the pipeline at the 60-hectare Liverpool Waters. The overall Liverpool Waters development will see more than 21m sq ft of mixed-use space built, including 9,000 homes, over 3.3m sq ft of business space and 570,000 sq ft of hotel and conference space, as well as a new stadium for Everton Football Club.
