PPHE Hotel Group, the hotel company behind Park Plaza and art’otels, has increased its third-quarter sales to £141m, up 8.8% on 2022.
The group said the increase in revenue had been helped by the addition of new hotels at Battersea Power Station in London and Zagreb in Croatia. Further hotels will open Hoxton in east London, Belgrade in Serbia and Rome in Italy over the next nine months.
The group recorded an occupancy level of 77.5% and an average room rate of £176.40.
