Pandora signs for larger premises in Bath

Pandora has signed a 10-year lease at 56 Southgate Street in Bath, relocating from its current store in the Southgate shopping centre. The new store covers 1,630 sq ft across two levels and is situated at the intersection of Southgate Street, Stall Street and the entrance to the Southgate shopping centre. The store was previously occupied by EE. Pandora has signed the lease at a rent in excess of £125,000 per annum. GCW advised the landlord, a private investor; Stephen Kane & Co acted for Pandora.
