Panattoni has bought an 11.8-acre site in Bognor Regis on which it plans to build three mid-box industrial units totalling almost 200,000 sq ft in what it says is an under-served South Coast logistics market.
The site has been bought from Hanbury Developments, an investor and developer based in nearby Chichester.
Construction is due to begin in June this year, and there are plans for three units of 31,383 sq ft, 57,677 sq ft and 110,905 sq ft, totalling a combined 199,950 sq ft. Completion is anticipated in Q3 2026.
