Palace picks Owen as new chair

PHP chair Steven Owen has been selected as the new chair of Palace Capital. Owen has been the non-executive chair of Primary Health Properties since April 2018. Previously he was finance director and then deputy chief executive at Brixton. Palace Capital’s current chair, Stanley Davis, will stand down on 31 December. He co-founded the REIT in 2010.
