Investor-developer Korol has set a record rent for Wimbledon through a pair of leases at its refurbished Mansel Court building.
The rent achieved equates to £56.50 per sq ft across the total 6,950 sq ft leases at the Minifie-designed 22,200 sq ft building located on Mansel Road, SW19.
Law firm Morr & Co has agreed to take 2,100 sq ft on the building’s fifth floor, while sustainable packaging company ProAmpac will occupy 4,850 sq ft on a 10-year lease on the ground floor.
