Packaged Living and Affinius get go-ahead for Milton Keynes BTR scheme
Packaged Living and Affinius Capital have secured planning approval for Campbell Park View in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
The move follows the acquisition of the 1.23-acre Theatre multi-storey car park site last year.
The approved scheme, designed by Assael Architecture, spans 285 build-to-rent homes alongside leisure space at the ground and first floors.

The proposals also include public realm enhancements and amenity spaces for residents.
Sophie Gunn, associate director of Packaged Living, said: “This will be our second multi-family BTR scheme in Milton Keynes following The Almere, which completed in 2022.
“We are looking forward to delivering our first scheme as part of the growing portfolio with Affinius Capital.”
Campbell Park View forms part of a wider £1bn portfolio being developed by a jv between Packaged Living and Affinius, comprising several thousand homes across the UK.
