GIC-owned P3 Logistic Parks has struck its first deal in the UK, buying two logistics assets in Northamptonshire from SEGRO.
The company has teamed up with investment manager Roebuck to buy a 390,000 sq ft warehouse at G Park in Crick and a 484,000 sq ft warehouse in Kettering.
