Lime Street is the seventh flexible workspace in London and the third in the City for the company, which operates 26 flex locations across the UK.
Ben Hutchen, real estate director at Orega, said: “By offering our joint venture management agreement, Orega provides a forward-thinking disposal solution to corporates that may be looking to repurpose their excess space following changes in working patterns.
“This is essential when brand retention and potential reoccupation are important considerations. As a result, more and more large occupiers are considering this route.”
WTW was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Colliers.
