80 Strand has recently been refurbished to provide upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, refreshed amenities throughout the building, new communal spaces, and cycle storage.
The building, which is next to Covent Garden, is Orega’s first West End workspace and its seventh London location.
It joins the company’s recently opened sites at Holborn Gate, WC1, and Mark Lane, Lime Street, and Gracechurch Street, all in EC3.
Orega chief executive Alan Pepper said: “As hybrid working appears to become the norm, many corporates are looking to repurpose their excess space.”
Gryphon Property Partners advised Pearson.
