OpenMoney and Orka Group take space at Manchester’s ABC building

Two tech firms have signed leases on a combined 6,550 sq ft of office space at Manchester’s redeveloped ABC Building, which is operated by All Work & Social.

OpenMoney will occupy 2,350 sq ft of Cat A space on the third floor of the building. Meanwhile, Orka took 4,200 sq ft of space on level 6 and level 6M which have been linked together to form a duplex with private roof garden.

Andrew Cowell, transactions and asset management at OBI, which advised the tenants, said: “ABC is a workplace of the future that provides occupiers access to communal breakout space, roof gardens, events, amenity and wellbeing space, which is valued by occupiers.
