Olympian submits plans for Isle of Dogs co-living tower
Olympian Homes has submitted an application to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for a new co-living project at 56-58 Marsh Wall on the Isle of Dogs, E14.
Designed by Rio Architects, the development will bring 795 co-living homes over 45 floors with a ground floor providing co-working space and a café. The homes will operated by Node.
The scheme, which Olympian began working up plans for earlier this year will target young professionals working in Canary Wharf and beyond as occupants.

James Lindridge, development director at Olympian Homes, said “The team has worked hard to create a sustainable co-living development in a building that transitions between the high-rise, high-density mixed-use developments of Canary Wharf to the north to the low-density character of Millwall to the south which is of the highest architectural quality, increases permeability around the site and offers an increased biodiversity on the site.
“The proposals are an elegant, high-quality residential solution that will positively contribute to not only the local area and emerging tall building cluster within the immediate surrounding of the site, but also the wider context of Canary Wharf and Millwall”.
A decision on the application is expected this autumn.
