LaSalle Investment Management and Citygrove Securities secured planning permission in November 2016 to redevelop 60 London Wall and provide 325,000 sq ft of office space over 10 floors, of which the top five have a combined 21,000 sq ft of terraces. Designed by EPR Architects, the ground floor retail offering has also been reconfigured. The scheme is due to complete in June.
Leasing agents on the building are Knight Frank and JLL.
It follows the news that several other City of London buildings, including 22 Bishopsgate, The Scalpel, and 70 St Mary Axe are all in talks with potential tenants such as Covington & Burling, SAP and Samsung, despite the UK being in lockdown since March.
LaSalle Investment Management and Alliance Bernstein declined to comment.
