Nuveen appoints Workman to manage three contracts with £620m AUM
Nuveen Real Estate has appointed Workman to deliver property management services for three strategies managed by its UK Balanced Funds team worth around £620m.
The property manager and consultancy has been appointed to manage 72 multi-sector assets across the UK, with more than 400 tenants.
The three strategies will help contribute to Nuveen’s net-zero-carbon strategy, which it hopes to achieve by 2040 and will be an addition to the company’s ESG impact across the portfolios through GRESB.

Workman has also expanded its mandate with abrdn and secured further instructions to deliver property management services for both the Property Authorised Investment Fund (PAIF), made up of 50 assets, and a further segregated mandate totalling 26 assets. Combined, they total 444 tenancies across the two portfolios.
