Northstone gets approval for 208 homes in Bolton

Bolton Council has approved Peel L&P housebuilder Northstone’s plans to redevelop Horwich Golf Club to provide 208 energy-efficient homes. The development at the site off Victoria Road will provide 71 affordable homes and new green spaces for local residents across 50% of the site. The homes will be equipped with heat-saving technology, intelligent heating systems and waste-limited building specifications. They will also have electric vehicle charging points and PV panels.
