It is located at 44-46 High Street, with nearby amenities at Green Lanes, Hornsey and Wood Green, and 200m from Turnpike Lane London Underground station.
The site is currently occupied by a part-two, part-four storey retail building of 90,000 sq ft occupied by Bright Home, but is being sold with vacant possession.
PPR Estates received consent at appeal last August after the plans were refused by Haringey Council.
The planning permission is subject to section 106 and CIL agreements.
