NOMA to offer net-zero spec office development

MEPC and Federated Hermes is set to speculatively develop a 200,000 sq ft office building at the NOMA scheme in central Manchester, which will be a net-zero-carbon property.

Construction group Bowmer + Kirkland has been appointed as the main contractor on 4 Angel Square, which will be an operational net-zero-carbon building with an EPC A rating.

Designed by Manchester-based architect SimpsonHaugh, it will be the first speculative office development at the 20-acre, mixed-use neighbourhood.
